Palm Jebel Ali

Palm Jebel Ali is a Nakheel waterfront master development on the Jebel Ali coastline, first announced in 2002 and relaunched in 2023 at up to twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, covering around 13.4 sq km. Under active construction, the plan combines residential neighbourhoods with hospitality, retail and leisure facilities. We see it suit buyers looking ahead to a new palm-shaped island community, larger in scale than Nakheel's original Palm Jumeirah.
