Jebel Ali is a major port and industrial area about 35 km southwest of central Dubai, on the southern Gulf coast. It combines Jebel Ali Port, the region's largest man-made harbour, with the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Palm Jebel Ali and the residential Jebel Ali Village, where Nakheel is building new villas after the original 1977 housing was demolished in 2022. We see it suit tenants and buyers wanting a villa within a mixed port and industrial area, at a distance from Dubai's central beaches.
