This Cookie Policy explains how ERE Homes Real Estate Brokers ("ERE Homes", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on erehomes.ae. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and let us understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage.
2. Types of cookies we use

3. Third-party cookies and technologies
Some cookies and similar technologies are set by third parties we use, including Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads), Meta Platforms (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram advertising), Microsoft (Clarity), Ahrefs, and Metricool. These providers may process data in line with their own privacy policies.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site through aggregated analytics and session replay, which can capture actions such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling. We use this only to improve the site, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
Separately from cookies, when you submit an enquiry form our server reports that enquiry to Google Ads and to Meta so we can see which ad worked. To Google we send only the click identifier from the ad link and the time. To Meta we send a scrambled form of your email and phone, your IP address, browser details, any Meta cookies on your device, and the type of property you asked about. This server-side measurement runs whether or not you accept cookies. Section 7 of our Privacy Policy sets it out in full, including how to ask us to stop it.
4. Managing cookies
When you first visit, we show a cookie notice where you can accept or decline. Until you accept, advertising and personalisation cookies stay off and only the essential and analytics ones run. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works for you.
- Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings or preferences menu.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised.
