The process

What happens after you apply.

  1. Apply

    Your application goes straight onto our recruitment team's board, not into an inbox.

  2. Screening call

    A recruiter calls you for a short screen: your market, your track record, your licence.

  3. Interview

    You meet us at Office 602, The Onyx Tower 2, The Greens.

  4. Offer & onboarding

    Offer, then we sponsor your visa and RERA licensing and you take a desk.

Do you only hire agents?

No. Sales is the biggest desk, but telesales, marketing and operations roles are posted on this page as they open. A general application through the form reaches the recruitment team either way.

Is there a basic salary for consultants?

No. Every consultant role is commission only, on a 55 to 70% split with quarterly bonuses. If you need a base, this is not the desk for you, and we would rather say that here than on a call.

What does ERE Homes sponsor?

Your employment visa and your RERA licensing. Both are on us.

Where do the leads come from?

Marketing runs our campaigns and portals in-house, and our telesales team qualifies the enquiries before they reach an agent.

Do I need a UAE driving licence?

For consultant roles, yes. Other desks state their own requirements on the role page.
