ERE Homes is a British-owned boutique real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specialising in the secondary market across Dubai’s leading communities, with growing opportunities in off-plan.
The Role
We are looking for experienced and ambitious Senior Property Consultants to join our growing team.
You will manage your own clients, generate new business, work with buyers, sellers, and landlords, negotiate transactions, and drive deals from lead to closing.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate or sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Proven ability to generate and close deals independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, target-driven and commercially minded.
- Existing client network preferred.
- Confident working in a commission-only environment.
- Ideally based in Dubai and available to join immediately.

Is there a basic salary?
No. This role is commission only, on a 55 to 70% split with quarterly bonuses on top.
What does ERE Homes sponsor?
Your employment visa and your RERA licensing. Both are on us.
Where do the leads come from?
Marketing runs our campaigns and portals in-house, and our telesales team qualifies enquiries before they reach an agent.
Do I need a UAE driving licence?
Yes. You will be driving to viewings across Dubai, so a UAE licence is required for this role.
