Every property we advertise carries a Trakheesi permit number issued by the Dubai Land Department, shown on the listing. You can check any permit with the Dubai Land Department. If a listing you see elsewhere claims to be ours and shows no permit, tell us at info@erehomes.ae.

4. Our services

We provide brokerage and related services including sales, leasing, property management, and advisory. The scope, fees, and terms of any engagement are set out separately when you instruct us. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to ERE Homes or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our permission.
