ERE Homes is a British-owned boutique real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specialising in the secondary market across Dubai's leading communities, with growing opportunities in off-plan.
The Role
We are looking for ambitious Property Consultants to join our growing team.
You will work with buyers, sellers, and landlords, generate new business, manage leads and build your own client portfolio across Dubai.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months' sales experience; real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, driven and commercially minded.
- Confident working in a commission-only environment.
- Ideally already based in Dubai and available to join immediately.

What you'll need
- 1+ year of Dubai real estate experience
- Fluent English, spoken and written

Is there a basic salary?
No. This role is commission only, on a 55 to 70% split with quarterly bonuses on top.
What does ERE Homes sponsor?
Your employment visa and your RERA licensing. Both are on us.
Where do the leads come from?
Marketing runs our campaigns and portals in-house, and our telesales team qualifies enquiries before they reach an agent.
Do I need a UAE driving licence?
Yes. You will be driving to viewings across Dubai, so a UAE licence is required for this role.
