Bluewaters is a man-made island off Jumeirah Beach Residence, developed by Meraas. It is best known for Ain Dubai, the world's largest observation wheel, and Bluewaters Residences, 10 buildings holding 698 apartments from 1 to 4 bedrooms. A newer phase, Bluewaters Bay, adds 2 more towers due in 2027. The island connects to the mainland by road and pedestrian bridges, with Dubai Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road minutes away. We see it suit buyers and tenants who want an island address with direct access to JBR's beach and Dubai Marina.
