Dubai Media City is a TECOM Group free zone within Al Sufouh 2, launched in 2001 between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah on Sheikh Zayed Road, and now spanning more than 200 hectares. It hosts global broadcasters and independent media companies alongside office and some residential space. We see it suit tenants who work in the free zone and want to live close by, with Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah both a short drive away.
