Umm Suqeim is a coastal district between Jumeirah and Al Sufouh on Jumeirah Beach Road, split into Umm Suqeim 1, 2 and 3. It is known for independent and compound villas in a mix of traditional Arabic and modern styles, many with private gardens and pools, and for Kite Beach and Burj Al Arab, which sits just off Umm Suqeim 3. There is no single master developer. We see it suit families who want a beachfront villa close to Burj Al Arab and Dubai's public beaches.
