Barsha Heights, formerly known as TECOM, is a mixed-use district on Sheikh Zayed Road next to Dubai Internet City, The Greens and The Views. It combines office towers with residential apartment blocks, reflecting its origins as a business park before its 2009 rename. There is no single residential master developer. We see it suit tenants who work in the nearby free zones and want to live close to the office, with The Greens and Dubai Internet City metro stations both a short walk or drive away.
