Dubai Hills Estate is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Meraas, forming part of the first phase of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. It sits between Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, next to Al Barsha South, about 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai and 20 from the airport. The community mixes villas, townhouses and apartments around Dubai Hills Golf Club and Dubai Hills Mall, itself a joint venture between the two developers.
