Arjan is a Dubai Properties Group community in Dubailand, at the junction of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Umm Suqeim Road, next to Al Barsha South. It is built mainly of mid-rise apartment buildings, with 48 completed and more under construction since the project launched in 2006.
