Ras Al Khor is a mixed industrial, commercial and residential district along Dubai Creek in eastern Dubai, on Ras Al Khor Road near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. It is best known for the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, a 10.13 sq km wetland reserve home to more than 470 species including flamingos, alongside the Ras Al Khor Auto Market and residential buildings concentrated in its southern industrial area. We see it suit tenants seeking an affordable base close to Downtown Dubai, alongside the city's best-known bird sanctuary.
