Dubai Creek Harbour

Dubai Creek Harbour is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, on Dubai Creek in the Ras Al Khor area, next to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and about 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai. The wider Lagoons masterplan covers around 6 square kilometres across 9 districts, with a central park, marina and a mix of retail, residential and commercial buildings. Emaar took full control of the project's land and profit in 2022. We see it suit buyers and tenants who want a new waterfront community close to the wildlife sanctuary, within a short drive of the city centre.
