Dubai Design District, known as d3, is a TECOM Group development centrally placed between Ras Al Khor, Zabeel, Business Bay and Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Launched in 2013 as a base for the design, fashion and art industries, it combines commercial buildings with pop-up shops, restaurants and cafes, and is home to the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation. It sits within the TECOM free zone under the Dubai Development Authority. We see it suit tenants working in the creative industries who want to live close to the office.
