Dubai South, formerly Dubai World Central, is a 145 sq km master-planned city launched in 2006 around Al Maktoum International Airport, and governed by the Dubai Aviation City Corporation. It comprises dedicated districts for logistics, aviation, business, exhibitions and residential living, planned to eventually support around 1 million residents. We see it suit buyers and tenants who want a newer, airport-adjacent community, well placed for Expo City Dubai and the emirate's southern growth corridor.
