The Oasis is an Emaar villa community in Dubailand, near Jumeirah Golf Estates and close to Emirates Road, around 15 to 20 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport. Spanning about 100 million sq ft, it is planned to hold roughly 3,100 villas across sub-communities including Palmiera, Mirage, Lavita and Address Villas Tierra, with about a quarter of the land set aside for open space. We see it suit families who want a low-rise, villa-only community built around water features rather than towers.
