Dubai Investment Park (DIP) is a mixed industrial and residential area in south Dubai, bordered by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Jebel Ali-Al Hibab Road, close to Expo City Dubai, Jebel Ali and Dubai South. Its residential heart, Green Community, was developed by Properties Investment LLC, a joint venture between Dubai Investments and Union Properties, and spans around 67 hectares split into Green Community West and Green Community Village. We see it suit families who want a gated, landscaped residential pocket set apart from DIP's industrial zones.
