Dubai Islands, formerly Deira Islands, is a group of 5 islands off the coast of Deira, being developed by Nakheel and rebranded in 2022. The islands, Central, Shore, Golf, Marina and Elite, are connected to the mainland by the Infinity Bridge, under 25 minutes from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. The completed masterplan is intended to include resorts, hotels and residential buildings. We see it suit buyers looking for a new island community north of the city, with beach access and a shorter commute to Deira and the airport than the Palm developments.
