Al Satwa

Al Satwa is a low-rise, mixed-use district north of Sheikh Zayed Road, between Al Wasl, Al Badaa, Bur Dubai and Jumeirah. It developed from the 1970s as one of Dubai's older residential pockets, and today mixes shops, tailors, clinics and apartment buildings in walkable streets, centred on the Satwa Grand Mosque and bus station. It has no single master developer. We see it suit tenants and buyers who want a central, older-Dubai address with shops and services on the doorstep, within easy reach of Jumeirah Beach and Downtown Dubai.
