Questions about Majid Developments
How many projects does Majid Developments have in Dubai?
Majid Developments currently has 2 projects on the Dubai Land Department off-plan register, across Dubailand, Al Satwa. That register is the official source, so this list is what is genuinely live rather than a marketing selection.
Is it safe to buy off-plan from Majid Developments?
Every registered Dubai off-plan project holds buyer payments in a RERA-regulated escrow account tied to that project, and construction is monitored by the DLD. That protects your money from being spent elsewhere. It does not protect you from delay or from a finished product that falls short of the render, and the developer's own delivery record is the variable that decides which you get. We will go through Majid Developments's completed projects with you before you commit.
