Verde Level 1 is in Dubailand, Dubai, Dubai. It is registered with the Dubai Land Department as project 4481, which is the number to quote if you want to verify it on the DLD escrow register yourself.

The developer has scheduled handover for Jan 2029. Off-plan handover dates move. We track the DLD construction reports on this project and will tell you if it slips.

Verde Level 1 is developed by Obj1 Real Estate Development. They currently have 9 projects on the Dubai Land Department off-plan register, which you can see on their developer page. Before you commit to any off-plan purchase we will look at that developer's actual delivery record rather than their brochure.

Residences. Floor plans and the unit mix per release come from the developer, and we can send you the current set with what is still available.

Any nationality can buy freehold in Dubai's designated freehold areas, with no residency visa or UAE bank account required, and you can complete from overseas by Power of Attorney. A purchase at or above AED 2 million can also qualify you for the 10 year Golden Visa. We confirm the ownership type on this specific project in writing before you pay anything.

Payment plans on off-plan are set by the developer per release and change between phases, so any plan published on a third party site is likely out of date. Your payments go into a RERA-regulated escrow account tied to this project rather than to the developer directly. Ask us for the current schedule, including whether there is a post-handover element.
