The developer has scheduled handover for Dec 2030. Construction has not started yet, which is normal for a project at launch stage. Off-plan handover dates move. We track the DLD construction reports on this project and will tell you if it slips.

The Woods is developed by Sobha. They currently have 6 projects on the Dubai Land Department off-plan register, which you can see on their developer page. Before you commit to any off-plan purchase we will look at that developer's actual delivery record rather than their brochure.

The Valley recorded 1,293 registered Dubai Land Department sales from May 2025 to May 2026, all of them villa, townhouse and plot sales, at a median of AED 4.27M. The Woods has not published its price list yet, so ask us for launch pricing when it is released.

Any nationality can buy freehold in Dubai's designated freehold areas, with no residency visa or UAE bank account required, and you can complete from overseas by Power of Attorney. A purchase at or above AED 2 million can also qualify you for the 10 year Golden Visa. We confirm the ownership type on this specific project in writing before you pay anything.

Payment plans on off-plan are set by the developer per release and change between phases, so any plan published on a third party site is likely out of date. Your payments go into a RERA-regulated escrow account tied to this project rather than to the developer directly. Ask us for the current schedule, including whether there is a post-handover element.
