Sensi is a refined residential sanctuary located on Saadiyat Island, where culture, nature, and understated elegance converge. Conceived as more than a place to live, the project is shaped by a philosophy of balance, clarity, and emotional connection to space. Minimalist architecture, light-filled volumes, and carefully composed proportions create an environment where design does not dominate, but gently supports a slower, more meaningful way of life inspired by art, light, and the surrounding landscape. The lifestyle at Sensi is guided by wellness, creativity, and everyday inspiration.

Sensi questions
Where is Sensi located?
Sensi is in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, Dubai.
Who is the developer of Sensi?
Sensi is developed by Reportage Properties. Before you commit to any off-plan purchase we will look at that developer's actual delivery record rather than their brochure.
How much do homes at Sensi cost?
Current guidance is From AED 3.1M. Launch pricing changes by release, so ask us for the live price list and availability rather than working from a published figure.
What types of home does Sensi have?
2 to 4 bedroom apartments & townhouses. Floor plans and the unit mix per release come from the developer, and we can send you the current set with what is still available.
Can foreigners buy at Sensi?
Any nationality can buy freehold in Dubai's designated freehold areas, with no residency visa or UAE bank account required, and you can complete from overseas by Power of Attorney. A purchase at or above AED 2 million can also qualify you for the 10 year Golden Visa. We confirm the ownership type on this specific project in writing before you pay anything.
What is the payment plan on Sensi?
Payment plans on off-plan are set by the developer per release and change between phases, so any plan published on a third party site is likely out of date. Your payments go into a RERA-regulated escrow account tied to this project rather than to the developer directly. Ask us for the current schedule, including whether there is a post-handover element.
