Where is Living Legends Phase 6 located?
Living Legends Phase 6 is in Dubailand, Dubai, Dubai. It is registered with the Dubai Land Department as project 1325, which is the number to quote if you want to verify it on the DLD escrow register yourself.
When does Living Legends Phase 6 hand over?
The Dubai Land Department register shows Living Legends Phase 6 in Dubailand with a registered handover of Jul 2026. That is a registered date, not a confirmed status. Ask us for the current position.
Who is the developer of Living Legends Phase 6?
Living Legends Phase 6 is developed by Dawn Real Estate Development. Before you commit to any off-plan purchase we will look at that developer's actual delivery record rather than their brochure.
What types of home does Living Legends Phase 6 have?
Apartments. Floor plans and the unit mix per release come from the developer, and we can send you the current set with what is still available.
Can foreigners buy at Living Legends Phase 6?
Any nationality can buy freehold in Dubai's designated freehold areas, with no residency visa or UAE bank account required, and you can complete from overseas by Power of Attorney. A purchase at or above AED 2 million can also qualify you for the 10 year Golden Visa. We confirm the ownership type on this specific project in writing before you pay anything.
What is the payment plan on Living Legends Phase 6?
Payment plans on off-plan are set by the developer per release and change between phases, so any plan published on a third party site is likely out of date. Your payments go into a RERA-regulated escrow account tied to this project rather than to the developer directly. Ask us for the current schedule, including whether there is a post-handover element.
