A purchase at or above AED 2 million can also qualify you for the 10 year Golden Visa. We confirm the ownership type on this specific project in writing before you pay anything.

Payment plans on off-plan are set by the developer per release and change between phases, so any plan published on a third party site is likely out of date. Your payments go into a RERA-regulated escrow account tied to this project rather than to the developer directly. Ask us for the current schedule, including whether there is a post-handover element.
