Area guide
Town Square is a 750-acre master community by Nshama, at the junction of Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road in Dubailand. Founded by a team of former Emaar staff in 2014, Nshama planned the community to eventually hold 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments, built out over roughly 10 years. We see it suit families who want a newer, park-centred townhouse or apartment community away from the coast, at the Al Qudra Road end of Dubailand.
