ERE Homes is a British-owned boutique real estate brokerage based in Dubai. We are growing our brand and looking for a creative Social Media Specialist who knows how to make content people actually want to watch.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media presence and help bring the ERE Homes brand, properties and people to life online.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Film and edit engaging property, agent and lifestyle content.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
- Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Track engagement and performance and continuously improve content.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing social media, ideally within real estate, property, luxury or a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong content creation and video editing skills.
- Creative, organised and confident working with different personalities.
- Someone who understands that good social media is more than just posting pretty pictures.
Salary: AED 10,000 per month

Is the work in-house or outsourced?
All of it is in-house. Campaigns, the portals, the creatives and this website are built and run by our own team.
Will I own a channel end to end?
Yes. We are a boutique brokerage, so you run your channel and see what it produced rather than handing work to an agency.
Does ERE Homes sponsor my visa?
Yes, your employment visa is sponsored. RERA licensing applies to consultant roles, not to this desk.
Where is the role based?
Office 602, The Onyx Tower 2, The Greens, Dubai.
