About the Role
ERE Homes is looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager who understands how to generate leads, optimise campaigns and turn marketing spend into measurable results.
This role could also suit someone with the ability to manage and develop a marketing team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Manage advertising budgets and monitor ROI, CPL and lead quality.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies.
- Analyse campaign data and continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversion.
- Potentially manage, guide and develop the wider marketing team.
- Report on campaign performance and marketing results.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, budgets and optimisation.
- Analytical, commercially minded and results-driven.
- Management experience is a strong advantage.
Salary: Up to AED 15,000 depending on experience.

Yes. We are a boutique brokerage, so you run your channel and see what it produced rather than handing work to an agency.
