New 'Al Waha' Homes Maximize Expo City’s Location and Legacy.

Dubai: As Dubai South continues to gain recognition as a prime property investment hub, Expo City Dubai has strategically timed the launch of its latest off-plan project. The developer has unveiled approximately 280 apartments and lofts under the 'Al Waha' collection.

These new releases 'remodel the country pavilions from Expo 2020 to create distinctive homes,' according to the developer.

The one- and two-bedroom units are named after the Al Waha shaded canopies that surround them. The one-bedroom apartments are priced from Dh1.71 million, while the two-bedroom lofts start at Dh3.97 million, with the first units slated for handover by the end of 2026.

Investors also have the option to purchase entire buildings consisting of 10-12 homes.

“This architectural masterpiece in transformative design honors Expo 2020’s commitment to creating an integrated, purposeful, and people-centric community while setting new standards in sustainable urban living,” said Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer at Expo City Dubai.

New Masterplan Gets Underway:

Following the announcement of the new masterplan in October, Expo City Dubai is set to expand across 3.5 square kilometers, housing 35,000 residents and providing space for 40,000 professionals.

"The city’s phased growth presents unmatched opportunities for businesses, investors, and residents looking to benefit from its prime location and world-class connectivity," said a statement.

Expo City Dubai has already broken ground on additional residential developments, including the Mangrove, Sky, and Sidr Residences.
