The Marble Palace Sale Kicks Off Dubai Luxury Property Market in Strong Fashion for 2025.

Dubai: The Dubai property market has recorded its first major high-price deal of 2025, with The Marble Palace in Emirates Hills selling for Dh425 million.

This Versailles-inspired mansion now holds the title of the second-most expensive residential sale in Dubai’s history, following the 2023 sale of the Como Residences penthouse on Palm Jumeirah, according to Property Monitor. Initially listed for Dh750 million, The Marble Palace spans 60,000 square feet of interior space and sits on a 70,000 square-foot plot in one of the city’s most exclusive gated communities.

The luxurious property includes five bedrooms, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, two domes, a 70,000-liter coral reef aquarium, a private substation for power supply, and fortified emergency rooms. The estate also boasts a garage capable of housing up to 15 luxury vehicles, enhancing its exclusivity.

Construction of The Marble Palace took nearly 12 years, completing in 2018. An estimated Dh80 million to Dh100 million was spent on the Italian stonework alone. Its interiors are lavishly finished, featuring 70,000 sheets of gold leaf and a collection of rare artifacts.
