As Head of Sales he is responsible for building and leading the business across its entire operation: sales strategy, recruitment, marketing, team development, performance management and day-to-day commercial growth. His leadership style is hands-on, ambitious and focused on accountability, high standards and a business that delivers for both its clients and its people.

Away from the office, Matthew is passionate about travelling, experiencing different cultures and discovering new restaurants and cuisines.
