This appointment marks an important milestone, bringing the much-anticipated project closer to construction, which is set to begin soon, according to the developer’s statement.
With 90% of the units already sold, The Berkeley has seen overwhelming interest, proving SOHO’s ability to create highly sought-after living spaces that cater to residents looking for premium, hotel-like experiences.

As construction progresses, Soho continues to collaborate with leading industry experts to bring its vision to life. National Engineering Bureau (NEB) Consultants, one of the region’s most respected firms, has been instrumental in the design, structure, and technical planning of the development.
NEB’s expertise in luxury residential projects ensures that The Berkeley meets the highest standards in design, functionality, and sustainability. Their contributions have optimized space planning, enhanced architectural aesthetics, and integrated structural efficiencies, aligning with Soho’s commitment to creating sophisticated, hospitality-inspired living spaces.
