UAE: Soho, a lifestyle brand known for creating high-end, hospitality-inspired living spaces, has appointed New System Engineering (NSE) as the main contractor for its luxurious residential project, The Berkeley, located in Dubai Hills Estate.

This appointment marks an important milestone, bringing the much-anticipated project closer to construction, which is set to begin soon, according to the developer’s statement.

With 90% of the units already sold, The Berkeley has seen overwhelming interest, proving SOHO’s ability to create highly sought-after living spaces that cater to residents looking for premium, hotel-like experiences.
