A Five-Bedroom Beachfront Signature Villa Among the Top Ten Most Expensive Branded Residences of 2024
Dubai – A luxurious five-bedroom beachfront Signature Villa at Six Senses Palm Jumeirah has been sold for an impressive AED 130 million. This sale marks the highest transaction within the project and places the villa among the top ten most expensive branded residences sold in 2024. The deal underscores the ongoing expansion of the prime and super-prime branded residences sector, as well as the robust performance of Dubai’s off-plan market.
“Super-prime branded residences are becoming a major force in the global real estate market, drawing interest from buyers in major cities such as Miami, New York, and London,” stated George Azar, CEO of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty.
This remarkable villa, one of only nine exclusive Signature Villas, features meticulously selected Italian marble, sustainable teakwood finishes, and high-end branded fixtures. Managed and serviced by Six Senses, residents benefit from exceptional access to the resort’s world-class amenities and personalized services. The villa is scheduled for completion in October 2025.
Branded residences in Dubai are witnessing unprecedented growth, with industry reports showing AED 28.8 billion in sales during the first half of 2024 alone. This accounts for 12.6% of the city’s total transaction value and represents a 44% year-on-year increase in sales volume for branded residences.
Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty recently achieved a record sale for the most expensive villa on Jumeirah Bay Island at AED 175 million and concluded the highest-priced villa sale in Abu Dhabi at AED 130 million.
