The first project in the UAE will be located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The project is being developed in collaboration with the famous Zaha Hadid Architects, as announced by the company.
The development will redefine waterfront living, offering a mix of apartments, villas, duplexes, and premium penthouses. It will also feature internationally recognized beach clubs and spa brands, alongside a popular culinary concept placed at the highest point of the development. This dining venue will be surrounded by Ras Al Khaimah’s first and only 360° infinity pool, offering spectacular views across Al Marjan Island.
