RAK Properties Launches SKAI Development in Ras Al Khaimah
RAK Properties has announced the launch of SKAI, a new waterfront residential development located on Raha Island, Mina, in Ras Al Khaimah. This new development will offer homes starting at just $207,000 as part of the company’s $1.4 billion project pipeline.
The launch of SKAI follows the sell-out success of the Mirasol project, with purchasers responding positively to RAK Properties’ vision for modern island living at Mina. The development has already attracted significant demand.
SKAI in Ras Al Khaimah:
SKAI, located within the Harbour District, offers a unique and modern waterfront living experience at Mina. The development will feature 272 apartments and penthouses, ranging from 33 sqm to 265 sqm, across two striking towers.
