The Beach Collection villas, ranging from 7,300 to 8,500 square feet, will feature five and six bedrooms
Nakheel, a part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has introduced its newest project, the Beach Collection at Palm Jebel Ali. This collection includes 10 unique luxury villas designed by six internationally renowned architecture firms. The project showcases different architectural styles that perfectly match the island’s seaside location and modern appeal.
The famous firms—WATG, SAOTA, Whitespace Architects, NAGA Architects, LOCI, and LW Design Group—were chosen to create special designs that blend indoor and outdoor living while highlighting the natural beauty of Palm Jebel Ali. Each villa in the Beach Collection represents modern elegance, providing a peaceful and stylish home.
Located on prime beachfront areas, the five- and six-bedroom villas range from 7,300 to 8,500 square feet, offering unmatched privacy and exclusivity. These homes are designed to capture beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf and include grand entrances, large living spaces, and windows that reach from floor to ceiling.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said, “Palm Jebel Ali has inspired some of the world’s leading architectural minds to create custom masterpieces for the Beach Collection. These villas show a perfect connection with nature, elegant design, and the unique spirit of this amazing location. This collaboration brings our vision of exceptional homes to life, catering to different tastes and lifestyles.”
