Lacasa Living Launches First Major Project on Al Marjan Island!

Lacasa Living plans big growth with six more projects ready to start

Lacasa Living, the special development branch of Lacasa Architects & Engineering Consultants, has introduced its newest project called Ola Residences. This residential project is worth $54.5 million (AED 200 million) and is located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The homes are expected to be ready by the first quarter of 2027. Ola Residences aims to meet the high demand for quality homes in this popular coastal area.

Ola Residences offers a mix of modern design, beautiful natural surroundings, and top-notch facilities. The building has two basement levels, a ground floor, seven floors of apartments, and a rooftop area. There are 96 fully furnished units available, including studios and one-bedroom apartments. Studio apartments start at 390 square feet, while one-bedroom apartments range from 820 to 1,289 square feet, with some featuring private pools. Prices start at $321,500 (AED 1.18 million). Buyers can pay 40% during construction and the remaining 60% when the project is completed.

The residences are designed to be both beautiful and practical, making them ready for people to move in right away or for investors to rent out short-term. Key features include a rooftop infinity pool and bar, a modern gym with views of the ocean, sauna and steam rooms, a kids’ play area, and co-working spaces. Other amenities include locker storage and in-house laundry services, making daily life convenient and comfortable.

“We are excited to launch Ola Residences, our first small-scale residential apartments,” said Emad Jaber, Chairman of Lacasa Living. “As architects, we focus on precision and design, and Ola Residences shows our creativity in every detail. Each part of the project is designed to create connections, a sense of belonging, and beauty, reflecting Lacasa Living’s core values.”

The design of Ola Residences takes inspiration from the natural beauty of Ras Al Khaimah, including the sea and mountains. The reception area showcases this vision with a water-drop-shaped centerpiece, a chandelier with ballerina figures, and a soothing color scheme of pearl tones and burnt oranges, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere.

Eng. Ahmad Jaber, CEO of Lacasa Living, added,

“Ola Residences represents great design, a great location, and a great living experience. We chose Al Marjan Island because it is becoming a popular spot for tourism and living, especially along the coast. This project is perfect for everyone, whether you want to relax, have adventures, or spend time with family.”

Lacasa Living has teamed up with One Broker Group (OBG), a leading real estate agency, to handle sales for Ola Residences. The project is designed with investors in mind, aligning with Lacasa Living’s goal of creating small, community-focused environments.

Looking ahead, Lacasa Living has big plans for growth with six more projects ready to start. The company plans to develop projects worth $327 million (AED 1.2 billion) in 2025, $545 million (AED 2 billion) in 2026, and $817 million (AED 3 billion) in 2027.
