Dubai South Properties has finished building the first part of its luxury project, The Pulse Beachfront, located in the main Residential District of Dubai South. This first phase includes 251 high-end homes, which are a mix of three- and four-bedroom villas, as well as five-bedroom villas by the water. The homes will be ready for residents soon, attracting wealthy people who want a luxurious lifestyle in one of Dubai’s fastest-growing areas.
The Pulse Beachfront is a well-planned community that will eventually have 788 homes. These include villas and townhouses with three, four, and five bedrooms. The homes are large, ranging from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet, and are designed for modern families. Each home has spacious living areas, master bedrooms, maid’s rooms, closed kitchens, private gardens, covered parking, study rooms, and rooftop spaces, providing a comfortable and elegant living environment.
