BEYOND Developments Announces Sensia in Dubai Maritime City
BEYOND Developments has officially launched Sensia, its third signature project within the 8 million square feet master-planned Dubai Maritime City (DMC).
After the tremendous success of its earlier projects, Saria and Orise, and the strong interest from local, regional, and international investors, the launch of Sensia marks an important milestone for BEYOND.
Achieved just six months after its establishment, this expansion further demonstrates the company’s rapid growth and the strong investor confidence in its visionary developments.

Designed by the renowned Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), Sensia’s unique architecture includes angled floor plates that enhance privacy while offering 360-degree panoramic views. The design optimizes views of the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf from sunrise to sunset.
The 36-storey tower, expected to be completed by Q1 2029, will offer 275 premium residences. These include one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, exclusive three-bedroom garden duplexes, and a signature penthouse with stunning waterfront views.
