Dubai: A huge 7,540 square foot penthouse in the One at Palm Jumeirah tower has been rented out for Dh4 million a year. This makes it one of the most expensive rental homes in Dubai.
In the past two years, rental homes costing millions of dirhams have become as common in Dubai as the sale of properties worth Dh100 million or more.
Over the years, One at Palm Jumeirah has broken many records with the sales of its penthouses.
The tower is operated by the Dorchester Collection and developed by Omniyat.
