BEYOND Developments has announced its second major project in the quickly developing prime waterfront area of Dubai Maritime City. The launch of the high-end community Orise comes after the huge success of the company’s first project, Saria, which sold out quickly. BEYOND Developments says Orise will continue to set new standards in waterfront living by combining “urban convenience and peaceful calm” next to the Arabian Sea.
The project, which is not yet built, is designed by the well-known Nabil Gholam Architects. The interiors are designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), one of the world’s top hospitality design firms. BEYOND’s master-planned community in Dubai Maritime City is quickly becoming one of Dubai’s most talked-about property areas, with Orise and Saria being the main developments.
The real estate developer aims to set new standards in waterfront living by creating well-designed homes that mix city life with the peacefulness of living by the coast. As BEYOND’s newest landmark, Orise will offer stunning views of the city’s famous skyline and the historic Creekside. It will provide modern, stylish comforts at the meeting point of old and new Dubai.

- 5,486 sq ft for simplex and duplex penthouses
- 3,114 sq ft for a special collection of premium units
The project will include a wide range of resort-style amenities, such as a waterfront drop-off area and Mediterranean-style landscaped driveways. Orise will be located within a large 6,500 square meter area of lush private gardens with infinity pools.
